Artikel 6 \u2013 Herroepingsrecht<\/h1>\n
    \n
  1. \u00a0heeft de consument de mogelijkheid de overeenkomst zonder opgave van redenen te ontbinden gedurende 14 dagen. Deze bedenktermijn gaat in op de dag na ontvangst van het product door de consument of een vooraf door de consument aangewezen en aan de ondernemer bekendgemaakte vertegenwoordiger.<\/li>\n
  2. Indien er van het herroepingsrecht gebruikt gemaakt wordt, dienen de producten binnen 14 dagen na melding, indien in redelijkerwijze mogelijk in de originele staat en verpakking aan de ondernemer te worden geretourneerd.<\/li>\n
  3. Indien de consument een bedrag betaald heeft aan dieuwdoethetzelf en gebruik dient te maken van het herroepingsrecht zal dieuwdoethetzelf zo snel mogelijk en uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst terugbetalen. Hierbij is wel de voorwaarde dat het product reeds terugontvangen is door dieuwdoethetzelf.<\/li>\n
  4. Het retour sturen van een product is voor risico van de koper.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Artikel 7 \u2013 Kosten herroepingsrecht<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. \u00a0De verzendkosten van de retourzending komen te allen tijde voor rekening van de koper. De kosten voor ongefrankeerde of onvoldoende gefrankeerde retourzendingen worden in mindering gebracht op uw terugbetaling.<\/li>\n
    2. Indien de consument een bedrag betaald heeft, zal de ondernemer dit bedrag zo spoedig mogelijk, doch uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen na herroeping, terugbetalen. Hierbij is wel de voorwaarde dat het product reeds terugontvangen is door de webwinkelier of sluitend bewijs van complete terugzending overlegd kan worden. Terugbetaling zal geschieden via dezelfde betaalmethode die door de consument is gebruikt tenzij de consument nadrukkelijk toestemming geeft voor een andere betaalmethode.<\/li>\n
    3. Bij beschadiging van het product door onzorgvuldige omgang door de consument zelf is de consument aansprakelijk voor eventuele waardevermindering van het product.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Artikel 8 \u2013 Uitsluiting herroepingsrecht<\/p>\n

      1. \u00a0De ondernemer kan het herroepingsrecht van de consument uitsluiten voor producten zoals omschreven in lid 2 en 3. De uitsluiting van het herroepingsrecht geldt slechts indien de ondernemer dit duidelijk in het aanbod, althans tijdig voor het sluiten van de overeenkomst, heeft vermeld.<\/li>\n
      2. Uitsluiting van het herroepingsrecht is slechts mogelijk voor producten:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        • die door de ondernemer tot stand zijn gebracht overeenkomstig specificaties van de consument;<\/li>\n
        • die duidelijk persoonlijk van aard zijn;<\/li>\n
        • die door hun aard niet kunnen worden teruggezonden;<\/li>\n
        • die snel kunnen bederven of verouderen;<\/li>\n
        • waarvan de prijs gebonden is aan schommelingen op de financi\u00eble markt waarop de ondernemer geen invloed heeft;<\/li>\n
        • voor hygi\u00ebnische producten waarvan de consument de verzegeling heeft verbroken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Overview<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

          Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

          To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

            There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\r\n\r\n

            • Book with obvious signs of use<\/li>\r\n
            • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.<\/li>\r\n
            • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\r\n
            • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n

              Refunds<\/h2>\r\n\r\n

              Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              Late or missing refunds<\/b><\/p>\r\n\r\n

              If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              Sale items<\/b><\/p>\r\n\r\n

              Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              Exchanges<\/h2>\r\n\r\n

              We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              Gifts<\/h2>\r\n\r\n

              If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              Shipping returns<\/h2>\r\n\r\n

              You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
